We know that making your monthly rent or mortgage payment and paying utility bills can be a challenge. BTAC may be able to help. Any Burbank resident is welcome to apply. Priority is given to those who are already enrolled in and actively participating in BTAC’s grocery distribution program.
In order to apply for BTAC’s Rental and Utility Assistance Program, please provide copies of the following for everyone in your household:
- Completed Program Application (download form below)
- A copy of your current lease or letter from your landlord confirming current rent amount
- A copy of your most recent Burbank Water and Power bill showing your account number and amount due
- A copy of your most recent SoCalGas bill showing your account number and amount due
- A copy of a valid ID must be provided for all members living in the household, including birth certificates for children living in the household
- A copy of your checking and savings bank statements for the last two months for all members living in the household
- A copy of your current payroll stub for all members living in the household
- Completed Rental Verification Form to be signed by your landlord (download form below)
- Documentation of other financial assistance you may receive (SSI, Cal Fresh, CAPPA, etc.) for all members of the household
When you have completed the application and have gathered ALL the documentation, please drop off the documents with us in person or mail to:
