Services Offered
California Identification Card Replacement
Lost your DMV California ID card? BTAC will work with you to replace your DMV ID card at no cost. Please note this is not for replacement of a Drivers License. This service is provided only to BTAC clients active with us for at least six months, and will be provided no more than once annually. Please ask for assistance on this service at the BTAC lobby counter.
Vision Referral Program
BTAC partners with the local Lions Club to provide our clients with referrals to local optometrists. This service is offered one time only to clients, and the quantity of referrals is limited. Call BTAC at (818) 848-2822 for availability.

The Navigation Center provides services for homeless men, women and children, including storage for your belongings, classroom facilities, a computer lab, showers and restroom facilities, and assignment of a case manager and job training.
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Home Again Los Angeles (formerly Family Promise of the Verdugos)
Home Again LA provides shelter, food, clothing, and case management to homeless families.
