Roger is originally from San Jose, California. He attended California State University Northridge and received a Juris Doctorate in 1978. Roger was a Trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company for twenty-eight years and has done legal work in recent years for Progressive Insurance Company.  Roger has served on the Burbank Community YMCA Board.  When not working, Roger is a volunteer docent at the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in Simi Valley, California. Roger is married to Marsha Munemura and they have two children. Roger joined the BTAC Board in 2016.
