Steve Mora began working in Burbank in 1980 with family businesses.

He is a founding member & President of MCS Burbank LLC. 1992, MCS Burbank has
been the exclusive food and beverage provider Hollywood Burbank Airport since 1992
with 15 units including five Guy Fieri restaurant concepts, Michael & Diane Mina’s
Backyard Yard BBQ & Eats & Starbucks. Services expanded to La Farm Bakery + Café,
Raleigh Durham Airport.

Recently, MCS added a new location, as the exclusive food, beverage & gift provider at
the newly expanded Glacier Park International Airport, Kalispell Montana. Goat Haunt
Saloon, Flathead Mercantile, Wild Horse Cantina, Montana Coffee Traders.

Mr. Mora is the Immediate Past Chair of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce. Current
Board member, a member of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Past
member of the Board of Directors of the Burbank YMCA 2013-2023.

He currently serves on the board of Home Again Los Angeles and is a supporter of
numerous non-profit organizations throughout the community of Burbank, Glendale &
Pasadena as well as Kalispell Montana. He and his wife Tammy were the recipients of
Ascencia’s 2020 Corporate Volunteer of the year and the 2023 Ambassador of Hope
Award.
