If you’re looking for information about an upcoming BTAC event, go the “NEWS” tab
above, then scroll down for information on the event you’re interested in. Don’t forget
to scroll to the bottom where there may be a link to additional pages.
To purchase tickets, go to the "BUY TICKETS" Tab above. After entering your
name and address information you will receive a message about your data being
sent to the Administrator. CLICK ON THE PAYPAL LOGO WITH THAT MESSAGE
TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION. YOUR TICKET PURCHASE IS NOT
COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED A RECEIPT OR STATEMENT
FOR PRINTING.
Once the transaction is confirmed, bring your printed purchase confirmation to the
door for admission.

Information about what portion of your ticket purchase may be tax deductible is
available by calling the same number.
DONATE:
At this time, BTAC is only permitted to accept monetary donations, or contributions of
commercially prepared, unopened food. Monetary contributions can also be made
through the “PayPal Donations” button on the left side of this page.
BTAC can use the following supplies year-round: Macaroni & cheese, peanut butter,
cereals, canned fruits and vegetables, canned soups, canned meats (chicken, tuna,
etc.), rice, pasta, instant potatoes, pancake mixes, syrup, personal hygiene supplies
such as toothpaste, tooth brushes and deodorant.
Canned goods with easy-open pull-tabs are especially appreciated.
Please, no ramen noodles, or exotic, specialty-food items!
Donations to BTAC can be made at the rear entrance of the building on non-holiday
weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Ring the doorbell and a volunteer will come
to the door to assist you.
For significant contributions of food and personal hygiene supplies from
retail/wholesale establishments, we can make arrangements for pick-up.

VOLUNTEER:
BTAC has numerous opportunities for volunteers for everything from assisting with
client intake, to pantry stocking, to data entry, bookkeeping, and more. BTAC is also
interested in identifying volunteers with professional experience in accounting,
computer technology, case management, teaching and other specialties.

PUBLIC RECORDS:
BTAC’s Board of Directors has established a policy of assuring access and
openness to information about the organization’s finances. Clicking the “FINANCES”
button above will give users access to the substance of our most recently filed IRS
FORM 990, the annual tax filing, and to the “Audit Letter” issued upon completion of
our most recent independent financial audit.
These materials are also available for review by those visiting the BTAC office in
person.
